Executive Chef Robert Rosencrantz, founder of Event Professionals has catered events such as: The Sapphire Ball, Diamonds in the Snow, Rotary Club International Grand Ball, Democratic and Republican Conventions for President Bush, President Carter, President Ford and President Reagan. Chef Robert Rosencrantz has prepared cuisine for Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, Henry Kissinger, and General Norman Schwarzkopf. Over Chef Rosencrantz' career, he has also had the privilege of cooking for Charlton Heston, Bob Hope, Jamie Farr, Lisa Marie Presley, The Temptations, Ted Nugent and many other famous celebrities.
